Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Tahru Development ("we," "us," or "our"), including Trax™ NOS, Tahru NeuroLab, and related platforms (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of Services

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services.

Account Responsibility

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Tahru Development and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Neuronoology™" and "Symbionoology™" are trademarks of Tahru Development.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create within our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Services.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

Some Services require payment. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through account settings. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tahru Development operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
